Oversee daily operations of our rice milling facility, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols. Lead a team of 50+ operators and maintenance staff.
Implement and monitor quality control systems across all production stages. Conduct lab testing, maintain certifications (ISO, AGMARK), and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations — procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. Coordinate with farmers, vendors, and transport partners to ensure timely delivery.
Lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital campaigns for NIFRA's product portfolio. Drive market expansion, customer engagement, and brand awareness across India.
Work directly with farmers to promote NIFRA Seeds, provide agri-advisory services, and support sustainable farming practices. Build strong relationships with the agricultural community.
Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Support strategic financial planning and analysis for business growth.
